To nominate please email info@movewithlifewellness.com.au with Name and Contact Details, plus a short spiel on why the recipient needs the treatment. (Please have permission if applying on behalf of someone else).

Applications open 1st to 7th of each month.

Each month's winner will be contacted by 10th of that month and will receive a massage voucher valid for 30days, redeemable on 60min Relaxation  Massage treatment only.
